The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and our warehouses process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by by USPS and upgraded shipping through UPS. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3-5 days to arrive. International delivery usually takes about 12-20 days after processing.
Expected Delivery Timeframe
The expected timeframe to receive your order will depend on the size, quantity, type, and specific warehouse of the items ordered. In general, you can expect to receive your item in 7-10 days. However, some orders may take longer. Rest assured that we will continually update you on the status of your order until it is safely at your door!
Orders Containing Multiple Items
At times, some orders may arrive is separate packages due to the warehouse in which they reside in. We work hard to try to limit this so that you do not worry about missing items. If this is the case, we will notify you. We will send additional tracking numbers for each individual package so that you may track them accordingly.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number for all packages contained in the order. You will also be able to track your order on our site using the "Track Your Order" link found at the bottom of the homepage. Some orders contain items that are stored at our international warehouses. In this case, order tracking can seem to not update for several days at a time while it is in transit across seas.
